RETURN POLICY / HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We want your shopping experience with Striped Pineapple to be fun and easy! We hope you love everything you purchase, but if not we will make sure your return process is as easy as possible.

Return Policy
  • We accept returns for refund minus shipping cost within 7 calendar days from the date you placed your order and as long as the item has not been worn. 
  • We will not accept any returns after 7 days. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (we do not provide return labels).
  • Damages must be reported within 4 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.
Again, All returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrived with tags on it, they tags must still be attached.

All masks are FINAL SALE.
All items listed in the SALE category are FINAL SALE.

Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume or any other stains will be shipped back to you, not refunded + additional shipping cost.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receiving your return - you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

Colors may vary due to photography equipment, lighting and computer monitor setting. Clothing patterns may vary. These situations do NOT qualify as defects.

Exchanges: Exchanges can be made with the 7 day return window and as long as the desired item is available.
